Eligibility for 1st Year Diploma in Engineering:

Pass in HSC examination conducted by BSE, Odisha/ 10th standard examination declared equivalent by BSE, Odisha.
For first semester diploma courses in engineering except mining and drilling, the minimum age limit is 14 years.
No upper age limit will be applicable for any course.

Eligibility for (Lateral Admission for eligible branches only) Diploma in Engineering:

Pass in +2 Science Examination from CHSE, Odisha or its equivalent examination with PCM/ +2 Vocational (2 years course) in any Engineering Trades /2 years ITI in Engineering Trade/COE Trade with pass in HSC examination conducted by BSE, Odisha/ 10th standard examination declared equivalent by BSE, Odisha.
Minimum age limit is 14 years, required for this course.
No upper age limit prescribed for this course.

Admission Fee:

Reservation:-

As per the directives of government, the seats are reserved for the candidates of Odisha state only and the reservation is as follows:

For Physically Challenged	3%
For women candidates of all co-ed polytechnics	30%

Intake Capacity:-

Note 1: For TFW candidate 5% of sanctioned supernumerary seats of above intake capacity are available.

Note 2: For EWS candidate 10% of sanctioned supernumerary seats of above intake capacity are available.

Note 3: For Admission into 2 year course (Lateral Entry) 10% supernumerary seats of above intake capacity are available.
